Inner Healing
Psalm 40:1-2
David says, “I waited patiently for the LORD; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.”
What is inner healing?
Who is our Savior? Jesus!
Who is our Deliverer? Jesus!
Who is our Healer? Jesus!
Inner healing is God’s supernatural work of bringing order into a person’s life where there has been disorder. It involves addressing the root causes behind a person’s struggles—such as unforgiveness, sin, emotional wounds, and spiritual bondage.
As individuals come before God, they are guided to do their part: to forgive, repent, and make godly choices. Then, in faith, we invite the Lord to bring His healing, restoration, and freedom.
A Simple but Powerful Process
Repenting of sin
Forgiving those who have caused hurt
Breaking unhealthy soul ties
Renouncing and breaking generational patterns
Releasing inner vows that were made in pain
Breaking spoken or inherited curses over life and family
Letting go of bitter-root judgments
Bringing past trauma to God for healing
Receiving deliverance from spiritual oppression
Inner healing is ultimately about restoration—allowing Jesus to heal the heart, renew the mind, and restore identity, so a person can walk in the freedom and fullness God intended.
